My deepest sympathy to the entire Stankus family. My heart was shocked and sadden upon hearing of Herbie's passing, I have many great memories of his happy, sweet, and kind nature. He truly was a beautiful soul. Gone too soon. Until we meet again...R.I.P. Herbie.

I first met Herb when he helped to coach our daughters basketball team! We had so much fun and he was an amazing coach for the girls! We had a running joke and soon the other coach and I called him peaches.... like peaches and Herb. He was such a kind gentle so and I am so sad for his family! My love and prayers go out o his family at this time of sorrow! May he R.I.P.

I wish to send my condolences to the family of Herb Stankus. Herb and I had many good times together, from pickup basketball games to nights at the Sportsmen Club to vacations at Wildwood Crest, NJ to name a few. I am sure going to miss Herbie. It's been said life is about the quality of years, not the quantity. This sure fits Herb. R.I.P. my friend.
