Joe often did work for me at the Pepperidge Farm bakery in Bloomfield. But it was more than his attention to the details to ensure the work was done right. Joe always made me feel I had a partner, no a friend doing the work. His smile, his happy demeanor made it a pleasure to work with him. My condolences to the family.
