TO All, I again wish to Express my deepest condolences regarding your loss. Joe had a big heart and an engaging personality that made you feel special and respected. I met Joe through Louie Marrelli. I had for years heard about Joe P, had spoken numerous times on the phone from Louie's house before we got to meet in person.I'll always remember the way he greeted me"Ricky my boy... I've got a project for you. I'll cherish our conversations regarding "the job" , family vacations, the Boston Red Sox", and his love of family. So long as you keep his memory alive, he will always be with us. Best wishes. Peace. SIncerely, Ric Speck
