Very sad to hear of Rich's passing. I also worked with him at CL&P. I saw him recently, although I can't remember where, and he was as friendly as always. Great guy; he'll be missed.

Many great memories of working with Rich on the "fitting" truck back in the day. A true gentleman who always rolled with the punches, I never saw him angry or upset. Thank you Rich for teaching me the ropes, I enjoyed our time working together.
