WATERBURY – Shirley M (O’Brien) Steiskal, age 92 of Waterbury, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love and comfort of her family at the Vitas Innovative Care Unit of St Marys Hospital after an extended illness. She was the widow of Richard Steiskal.
